1030 lunch, ate wrap with turkey and mustard

230 snack, strawberries

600 dinner,  chicken, acorn squash

i exercised for 1 hour with wii fit, and elliptical. i also went to the nutritionist today, and i am now going to eat less at 1030, and going to eat lunch at 230

my pedometer wasn’t working today

i exercise today on my elliptical for about 24 min. good start

i got my battery for my pedometer, so i will start with my step counts tomorrow

october goals

  • exercise on my elliptical at least 5 days a week(saturday and sunday i must exercise) for 30 min each time.
  • get at least 7000 steps a day on my pedometer.
  • wake up before 10 on the weekends.
  • get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
  • don’t eat crazy amounts of food just because i’m bored.
  • eat until i am full, not until i explode.
  • only eat when i am hungry.
  • drink at least 2 bottles of water each day.
  • weigh in every wednesday night.

i decided to change my methods, and blog about my weight loss

after a long year of personal drama, i finally think i found a way to loose weight and keep it off.

sept. 2009 i went to a nutritionist

i lost about 40 lbs. between sept 2009 and april 2010.

since then i have gained back 10 lbs. through out the summer, lack of exercise(laziness), and stress of college apps.
