after a long year of personal drama, i finally think i found a way to loose weight and keep it off.
sept. 2009 i went to a nutritionist
i lost about 40 lbs. between sept 2009 and april 2010.
since then i have gained back 10 lbs. through out the summer, lack of exercise(laziness), and stress of college apps.
